Canberra's archTIS has inked a deal with Australian managed security services provider Penten to implement its Kojensi solution at an Australian national security agency.
The contract, worth $466,840, is archTIS' first sale as a subcontractor to Penten, which specialises in secure mobility and applied AI solutions for defence and intelligence agencies.
ASX-listed archTIS said the implementation of Kojeseni will enable secure collaboration of highly sensitive information between internal parties at the security agency.
"We welcome the opportunity to work with Penten on this engagement and are pleased that they recognised the value of Kojensi to secure collaboration for this important client," said Daniel Lai, managing director of archTIS.
"The use case and functionality being driven by the client opens new opportunities to work with Penten in both Australia and the UK. It is another example of archTIS’ unique value in solving sharing and collaboration of sensitive and classified information.”
archTIS said the contract will provide an annual recurring revenue license fee of $264,000 and implementation services of $202,840.
"In an accelerating cyber threat environment, secure collaboration is more important than ever for our government and intelligence clients," said Andrew Buttsworth, GM of growth and marketing at Penten.
"We were pleased to partner with archTIS on this opportunity to leverage their best of breed Kojensi software within our secure AltoCrypt platform. We look forward to working together with archTIS to deliver great outcomes for this important client.”
