ANZ companies honoured at 2025 AWS Partner Awards

Australia and New Zealand-based partners 6pillars.ai, Custom D, HCLTech, and TechnologyOne have been honoured at the 2025 Geo and Global AWS Partner Awards.

Announced during a Partner Awards Gala at AWS re:Invent, the Partner Awards recognise a wide range of partners whose business models have embraced specialisation, innovation, and cooperation over the past year.

For the fourth year in a row, the Geo and Global AWS Partner Awards included a self-nomination process across several categories, which are awarded at both the geo and global level.

All partners were invited to participate and submit a nomination, and award submissions were reviewed by a third party (Canalys) and selected with special emphasis placed on customer success use cases presented in the nomination form.

Industry Partner of the Year - Financial Services was awarded to HCLTech, recognising partners who provide cloud-based offerings that help accelerate innovation for banks, insurance companies, capital market firms, and payment processors of all sizes.

Public Sector Technology Partner of the Year was awarded to TechnologyOne, recognising AWS Public Sector Global Technology Partners with cloud-based solutions and experience supporting government, space, education, and nonprofits around the world.

Rising Star Partner of the Year (Consulting) was awarded to 6pillars.ai, recognising an AWS Partner that has seen significant YoY growth in their business.

Innovation Partner of the Year was awarded to Custom D, recognising organisations that deliver innovative consulting, professional, managed, and value-added resale services.

\Winners have demonstrated proof in delivering outstanding customer experience via an integrated lifecycle of services, from initial assessments, architecting, developing and deployment of cloud environments to ongoing migration and management of cloud infrastructure and applications.

Social Impact Partner of the Year also went to Custom D, recognising AWS Partners committed to giving back to society through their people, resources and technology, leading initiatives to change our world for the better.

Chris Casey, director of AWS partnerships, Asia Pacific and Japan, said the company is proud to celebrate the AWS Partners from Australia and New Zealand who are reimagining what's possible with cloud and AI innovation.

"The recognition of 6pillars.ai, Custom D, HCLTech, and TechnologyOne at the AWS re:Invent 2025 Partner Awards showcase the incredible momentum we're seeing across the Asia Pacific and Japan region," he said.

"These partners exemplify what happens when we combine deep technical expertise with an unwavering focus on customer outcomes. Congratulations to this year's finalists and winners!”
