AI-powered customer data cloud firm Amperity has expanded its Australian operations, including the availability of its platform in AWS Asia-Pacific Sydney and Melbourne.
The company said its Australian footprint has doubled in the last year, driven by customer wins with brands including JB Hi-Fi, Endeavour Group and Accent Group.
The expansion into the local AWS regions is all about enabling organisations to keep customer data locally, while maintaining performance, scalability and flexibility, Asperity stated.
Amperity has also grown its local team, appointing Matthew Yip as customer solutions architect and Uday Gupta as a services delivery manager.
“Australia has become a proving ground for some of our most complex customer data challenges, from strict data residency requirements to large-scale, multi-brand environments,” said Billy Loizou, AVP and general manager at Amperity.
“Expanding our team and making Amperity available in AWS regions in Australia allows us to support customers more closely on the ground and help them turn trusted customer data into real business outcomes.”
