Alt Vision with ManageSoft

Reseller Alt Vision has added ManageSoft’s integrated service management system to its software management and compliance product portfolio.

Headquartered in Perth, Alt Vision is active across South East Asia including Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia.

Geoff Storer, managing director of Alt Vision, said its clients were interested in IT and compliance management tools based on standards like ITIL.

“The ManageSoft products are aligned with the ITIL and SAM principles, making them a natural match for our clients' needs. Already we have several significant opportunities in the pipeline, based on this new relationship,” he said.

Steven Goddard, sales director Asia Pacific for ManageSoft said company being headquartered in the US wouldn’t interfere with local sales.

“We have offices across North America, Europe and Australia, but we were founded in Australia,” he said.
