Melbourne-headquartered managed services provider Advent One has appointed Jason Dixon as its new CEO, succeeding John Twine, who will transition to the role of non-executive director.
Twine joined Advent One in 2019 as sales director and became CEO in February 2023.
"John has done a fantastic job continuing the growth trajectory of the company. His strategic vision and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in positioning Advent One for continued success," said Bob Bassat, chair and founder of Advent One.
In his new role as non-executive director, Twine will use his extensive experience and industry insights to support the company's strategic initiatives and ensure a seamless leadership transition, Advent One said.
Dixon joined Advent One in May this year as strategy and transformation leader, where he collaborated with the company's board to shape the firm's 2025 financial year strategy.
"Jason’s qualifications and experience make him the ideal candidate to lead Advent One into its next phase of growth. His strategic acumen and deep understanding of our industry will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and expand our service offerings," said Bassat.
Dixon said that he is "honoured to lead Advent One and build upon the strong foundation established under John’s leadership."
