CRN and N-able hosted a breakfast event at the Sheraton Grand Hyde Park in Sydney yesterday alongside, SentinelOne, Adlumin and HaloPSA discussing how partners can transform their business from an MSP to an MSSP while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction, by leveraging AI, automation and operational efficiency.
The event covered endpoint detection and response (EDR), managed detection and response (MDR), back-up and disaster recovery, and PSA for ticketing and billing.
