Here are Australia's distie cut-off times over Christmas

It's been another huge year for the channel and many of us will be taking a much deserved break over Christmas. Resellers still have customers that need their services, and disties still have products that need to be shipped.

That's why we've collated the cut-off times for ordering from Australia's major distributors so your customers won't be left empty handed when Santa arrives.

All of the disties will take a break on the three upcoming public holidays; Christmas Day (25th December), Boxing Day (26th December) and New Year's Day (1 January); while a handful will extend their break further.

We will continue to update this list as distributors provide their cut-off times.

Alloys

All of Alloys' offices and warehouses will be open until 24 December at 1pm.

The Melbourne warehouse dispatch will be available on 27 and 28 December, but deliveries will require a booking.

The Melbourne office and warehouse will reopen on 2 January, while all other locations will reopen on 7 January.

Arrow ECS ANZ

Arrows' order management and logistics teams will continue operating during regular business hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm over the holiday period excluding public holidays.

Order fulfillment will still be subject to operating hours and vendor availability. 

Dicker Data

Dicker will be open for business each day over the break except for the three public holidays - December 25, 26 and January 1st.

The only change is that physical order shipments will be cut off on 24 December and 31 December at 12pm instead of the regular time of 3pm.

Hills

Opening times and trading hours vary between all of Hills' 13 Australian locations.

Hills' national distirbution centre will continue shipping products throughout the season, though delivery times are likely to be affected by public holidays.

All locations will be open to and including 21 December, but will be closed from 24 December to 26 December and from 31 December until 1 January.

Most locations will re-open again on 7 January, while the following branches will re-open on 2 January: 
Seven Hills (NSW)
Balcatta (WA)
Coburg (VIC)
Torrensville (SA)
Hendra (QLD)

Leader

Leader will be closed on all public holidays as well as 31 December but order cut-offs will reamin the same.

Deliveries via road freight cut off at 3pm, while air freight ends at 7pm AEST (products shop from Western Australia).

Ingram Micro

Ingram will have adjusted order and shipping cut-off times starting from 14 December until 4 January. The adjusted times are listed below:

Orders will be accepted until 4pm from 19 December until 21 December. After that, orders will be cut off from 11:30am from 24 December until normal shopping resumes on 4 January 2019.

Licensing orders on 31 December will be taken until 5pm.

inTechnology Distribution

inTechnology will close up on 21 December and will reopen again on 7 January. A skeleton crew will be on site to assits with orders and fulfilment in that time.

Mia Distribution

Mia's offices will be closed from 24 December until 2 January next year.

Orders will continue to be received and dispatched until 21 December at 2pm.

Synnex

Synnex offered CRN the most detailed breakdown of its Christmas cut-off times, including times for different modes of transport. The main days that will be affected are those surrounding public holidays, including the three public holidays themselves.

Sales director Arthur Gimisis told us that:

• Any stock ordered on 21 December will go on the Synnex truck for delivery on 24 December.
• On Monday 24 December, the company will accept orders until noon and customers or couriers can pick up stock until 1PM local time.
• The company then closes until 27 December. On that day and 28 December, customer pickup will be closed but courier pickup will be possible. The Synnex truck will only roll in the morning of the 27th and 28th.
• Synnex re-opens on 31 December, but with the same constraints as on December 24th.
• Normal service resumes on 2 January 2019.

Westcon-Comstor

It's business as usual for Westcon, but the distie will be closed on all three public holidays (25 December, 26 December, 1 January).

VExpress

VExpress will stay open until 24 December and will resume regular trading on 2 January.

The distie will ensure same-day shopping until 21 December at 10am.
