David Kennedy is a research director covering the telecommunications sector for analyst firm Ovum.
Prior to joining Ovum in January 2006, David worked in both government and the private sector as an analyst and consultant, with a strong emphasis on linking research to policy and strategy development. He was, at one time, senior policy adviser to the Australian Communications Minister during the 1997 telecommunications reform process.
