"Everyone had a lot of anxiety going into the year, I think, and we weren't sure what was going to happen, but it's turned out to be unbelievable for us," Uptake Digital's Brenton Johnson told us at the SMBiT Professionals national conference last month.
"It's not just about the money for us. We're a really purpose-driven organisation - that really connects with our clients and I think that's been why we continue to keep bringing more people on without really having to do a great amount of marketing or effort to find those customers."
