The company has its eye on increasing its presence in NSW and Victoria through partners.
"We're at a point in NSW and VIC where we're ready to expand that partner base," said Pacific region manager, John Martens.
Headquartered in the US, Zscaler provides end users with in the cloud security services at a monthly fee. Zscaler already has a number of base partners across the country.
"For anybody that's interested in starting something from the beginning the rewards could be great," said Martens.
The rewards include, high margins, and local support on prospect evaluations, claimed Martens.
"We're out talking to people, maybe there are some partners that haven't thought of this space before because it's not a space that's very known."
Martens said the product is not complex and takes only few hours of training to get partners going.
Zscaler customer, Talpasai Goli, co-ordinator of IT Service Delivery for Northeast Health Wangaratta was an early adopter of the technology in Australia.
Goli trialled the service and will be implementing it full.
"We were trying to get the best product, not just for the sake of a replacement," he said.
"I found it's very easy, there are many preconfigured policies which is very good.
"In the last few months we've only made a few changes to the policy changes. We do not touch it we don't need to make any changes unless anyone needs," said Goli.
Zscaler implemented the technology directly for the hospital before it had any local partners but confirmed it is only doing business through partners.
There are no immediate signs of expanding its local offices.
