Based in Melbourne, Shaw will be responsible for supporting and growing WatchGuard’s channel partners in South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia. He will also drive sales of WatchGuard’s range of unified threat management (UTM) appliances.
Shaw brings over 15 years of enterprise sales experience to the role, having previously worked for Symantec, Fujitsu Australia and Computer CORP. He has lengthy experience generating sales in both the public and private sector.
Scott Robertson, regional director A/NZ at WatchGuard Technologies, said that Shaw’s experience in enterprise business sales in target vertical markets was a key factor in his appointment to the role.
