North Metropolitan TAFE (NMTAFE),the largest TAFE college in Western Australia, is seeking the renewal of its Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) software.
Since 2022, NMTAFE, located in Perth, has utilised a custom HaloITSM instance as their enterprise ITSM ticket solution to support a number of key business areas, including IT, information governance and facilities.
NMTAFE requires ongoing access to the HaloITSM instance and the supply of yearly operator subscription license, configuration, and software support by an authorised HaloITSM Partner.
The successful tenderer will be required to provide 85 annual license subscription for HaloITSM software; 10 hours per annum of software support; and a readily available technical support service to provide support on the use of the system, software updates, and troubleshooting software issues.
NMTAFE has a configured HaloITSM instance which must be maintained upon transition if required, ensuring no data loss, and relevant configurations being captured and restored to working order.
This includes areas such as asset management; ticket data; workflows; reports; customer objects; API connections; automated tickets; external integrations; templates; and knowledge base.
The term of the proposed contract is three years, with two options to extend the term by a year.
