The successful providers will be expected to deliver services across multiple domains including CIO-targeted business research, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, ICT architecture, and security and risk management.
A key component of the tender is the requirement for an assigned service delivery team, featuring an executive partner with demonstrated past experience in senior relevant technology executive roles to work directly with the department's chief information officer on a regular monthly basis.
Respondents must demonstrate their capacity to deliver role-based research across education trends, data analytics, enterprise architecture, technology innovation, and vendor relationship management.
The tender also outlines comprehensive information security requirements, which include compliance with the Australian Cyber Security Centre's Essential Eight controls and the WA Government Cyber Security Policy.
The deadline for the tender is April 23.
