Vectra AI launches Clarity Program for MSSP partners

Artificial intelligence-driven extended detection and response vendor Vectra AI has launched its Clarity Program, aimed at managed security service providers (MSSP) partners.

The Clarity program aims to help MSSPs address the growing customer demand for XDR solutions and customised cybersecurity services in today's hybrid attack landscape.

Unlike traditional offerings, the Clarity Program avoids preset bundles, allowing customers to tailor their XDR platform based on their specific needs.

This flexibility enables MSSPs to drive predictable margins at scale while effectively allocating resources and streamlining planning initiatives.

The program offers extended service level agreements (SLAs) for multi-year, multi-platform benefits, enhancing services and strengthening customer retention.

MSSPs can offer customers versatile pricing models through the Clarity Program, with options for annual or multi-year subscriptions.

In Australia, Orca Tech distributes Vectra AI, having signed the security vendor last year.
