V2 AI grows senior team by four

APAC AI and data consultancy V2 AI has announced four senior executive appointments on the back of what it said is a five-fold increase in demand from enterprise customers for its AI strategy, engineering and industrial-scale delivery services.

Clare Cranston comes onboard as general manager consulting, having previously held senior leadership roles at Cognizant, including head of delivery and strategy and industry lead for public sector and health. She has also held executive positions at Contino, Logicalis, Optus, Interactive and IBM.

At V2 AI, she will lead the firm's consulting practice, focusing on scaling delivery excellence, strengthening the company's squad-based delivery model, increasing delivery maturity and driving a consistent pre-sales and customer engagement approach to support the next growth stage.

Joining as partner is Millicent McCutcheon, who brings enterprise AI transformation experience gained across AWS and Dropbox.

Following more than six years at AWS, McCutcheon advised executive leaders across Australia's largest financial institutions and insurers on cloud and AI transformation, and will now aim to strengthen V2 AI's enterprise consulting capability across regulated industries. 

Gulnnar Grover joins as director of data and AI, bringing more than a decade of experience leading business, data and AI transformation across consulting, product, engineering and enterprise delivery.

At V2 AI, Grover will help clients build the data, governance and delivery foundations needed to scale AI safely across the enterprise.

Dwayne Helena joins V2 AI as director of AI Eegineering, and brings more than 25 years' experience leading engineering transformation across banking, financial services and consulting.

V2 AI Founder and chief executive Craig Howe said the appointments further strengthen the firm's ability to support clients across every stage of their AI journey.
