DuluxGroup Australia has chosen UXC Connect to manage and provide its IT infrastructure environment for the next three years with an option of a two-year extension.
UXC would provide provide infrastructure management and support services for approximately 2,000 DuluxGroup systems users in Australia, New Zealand and South East Australia hosted from its data centre partner Hansen Technologies.
The value of the deal was not disclosed but CRN understands it was in the millions.
Cris Nicolli, UXC managing director, said the company has a combination of an on-site program model with a flexible and problem solving approach. "It's not just a one-size-fits-all organisation," he said. "We’ve were picked because we have that combination."
SAP, NCSS and Gen-I service desk capabilities were included in the service.
“This is another major milestone for UXC and represents another solution utilising the breadth of capabilities from many of the UXC businesses,” he said.
