FoneSense said it has launched as a wholesale communications provider, partnering exclusively with cloud communications company Access4 to serve small and medium-sized businesses across Australia.
The Melbourne-based company will use a customised version of Access4's SASBOSS platform to deliver unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solutions to wholesale partners.
"We are thrilled to launch FoneSense as a formidable player in the wholesale UCaaS space," Chris McMahon, national general manager of FoneSense said.
McMahon pointed to the strength of the Access4 partnership, with their technological capabilities and leadership team.
The customised SASBOSS platform enables simplified onboarding and delivery of core phone services, distinguishing it from Access4's standard partner programme.
"Access4 is excited to power FoneSense and support their vision of a purpose-built UCaaS platform for wholesale partners," Tim Jackson, chief executive officer at Access4 said.
The partnership aims to address what FoneSense identifies as an underserved segment of the SMB market, focusing on delivering value for money and customer-focused support.
FoneSense operates from headquarters in Croydon, Victoria, as an independent provider whilst leveraging Access4's engineering and development resources to deliver its communications solutions.
