Touchbase Australia business leader Andrew Fisher said the examination, conducted by third-party International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) auditors, looked at the company’s ability to provide managed services on LAN, wireless LAN, Unified Communications and contact centres.
“This process involved an in-depth look at all our capabilities across the global Touchbase group with a specific focus on managed services,” he said.
According to Fisher, the CMSCP program would mean that Cisco and its partners could provide product pricing and services. For Touchbase, it also provides the company with credible third-party endorsement of its managed services and product discounts.
He said the program encouraged a uniform approach to service delivery and this would assist in meeting the global demand from customers for Unified Communications solutions, where advanced technologies are used to integrate an organisation’s various communications devices into a single, streamlined platform.
