OzeIT has filed for administration after the east coast company failed to settle its debts.
Brian Allen and Peter Burton of accounting firm Burton Glenn have been appointed administrators for the 10-year-old reseller, which has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Partner Peter Burton said: "The company was insolvent. They were not able to pay their debts when they fell due. The company will proceed to liquidation."
Burton said the company had fewer than five employees in December when directors voluntarily placed it into administration.
A creditors meeting is scheduled early next year.
OzeIT offered managed services, VOIP, and 'cloud solutions', such as offsite back-up and virtual desktop infrastructure, under the name OzeCloud.
Its partners included Microsoft, HP, Symantec, VMware and IBM, according to its website.
Director Stephen Rice did not return CRN's calls.
