Tesserent launches cybersecurity offering to the channel

Melbourne cybersecurity vendor Tesserent has launched its partner program for its Cyberbiz managed security service offering.

The company will be working with managed service providers and system integrators to sell Cyberbiz to small and medium businesses.

“We are very excited to be launching CyberBiz to the Australian SMB market via the channel,” Tesserent chief executive Keith Glennan said.

“Like larger businesses, SMBs have migrated to a largely digital model, maintaining valuable customer, financial, and business data online, mostly without adequate cyber security measures in place to protect their business-critical digital assets.”

The company launched Cyberbiz in late 2017. The offering is a 24/7 managed security service with monthly plans starting at $199.

The program offers trailing commission on a monthly basis as an incentive, as well as the opportunity to renew at the end of a contract term. Tesserent said the roll-out for Cyberbiz would be a 100 percent channel initiative.

“CyberBiz is a great opportunity for MSPs and IT Integrators to put their hand on the heart and offer their SMB customers a robust cyber security solution,” Tesserent head of sales and marketing Karen Negus said.

“Our channel partner program is geared to motivate and reward our partners. We already have an initial intake of partners on board, however, we continue to welcome expressions of interest from like-minded channel partners who are keen to raise the profile of cyber security within their businesses.”
