Telstra names top partners of 2019

Telstra has named its best-performing partners ahead of its annual "Vantage" conference.

Overall Enterprise Partner of the Year went to Sydney-based unified communications speclialist Ericom, which took home two other awards on the night for Enterprise UC Partner and Telstra-Cisco Partner of the Year.

Enterprise Cloud Partner went to managed IT services provider CustomTec. Chief revenue officer Victor Guerrero took to LinkedIn to celebrate the win saying: “This is an outstanding achievement from the team which we all worked hard for. Thank you to the many people at Telstra that supported and encouraged us, simply awesome.”

Mobility Partner of Year went to Telestar for the second year in a row. “Fantastic effort to the entire Telestar crew again!” director Sam Ayad wrote on LinkedIn. “Your dedication to our customers and our business is outstanding! Well deserved, especially to all you unsung heroes who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make things happen.”

Other winners include Schepisi Communications for Enterprise Mobility Carriage, Secure Agility for Enterprise Data & IP, and Digital Armour for Enterprise Customer Excellence. “Massive gratitude to our team who work tirelessly to make this happen year on year… this certainly isn't an overnight success story,” Digital Armour CEO Maria Padisetti said on LinkedIn.

Telstra also named its partner of year for the five most populous states. Calibre One took out South Australia Partner of the Year, while Connective won for Western Australia, Azentro won for Queensland, IMEI won for New South Wales and 1Step won in Victoria.

Meanwhile Dicker Data took home Enterprise Distributor of the Year.
