Telstra and CTI score Avaya APAC partner awards

Australian partners have fared well at Avaya’s Asia-Pacific partner awards.

Sydney-based CTI Solutions took home the prize for Mid-Market Cloud Partner of the Year, after Avaya totted up its numbers and realised the company sold more than half of the IP office seats sold in Australia last year.

For outstanding achievements in the field of excellence

Telstra was the other local winner, recognised as Service Provider Partner of the Year “for its continued ability to develop the latest customer-centric innovations on the Avaya Oceana and Equinox platforms.”

Other winners came from Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, China and Malaysia, so the Australian outfits did well to top their regional rivals.
