Technology services provider Tecala has announced a new partnership with global security vendor Arctic Wolf that aims to enhance protection for Australian organisations against modern cyber threats.
Tecala customers will now have access to Arctic Wolf's security operations capabilities.
These will be delivered through the Arctic Wolf Security Operations Cloud.
Arctic Wolf's platform combines cloud-native technology with expert security operations to provide comprehensive coverage across the entire security operations framework.
The partnership is part of Arctic Wolf's partner-centric strategy, which has made it the preferred cybersecurity partner for over 1,300 solution providers worldwide.
Tecala specialises in managed integrated cyber and ICT security services for mid-market and public sector organisations in Australia.
"Arctic Wolf's security operations expertise complements their suite of existing offerings to create a unified approach that will protect customers and advance their security journey," David Hayes, Arctic Wolf's sales director for ANZ said.
Murray Mills, head of cyber security at Tecala, pointed to the partnership's role in providing a comprehensive security service.
"Our partnership with Arctic Wolf now enables us to provide customers with a consolidated and holistic security service, ensuring support throughout the lifecycle of a security incident," Mills explained.
The core technology driving this partnership is the Arctic Wolf Security Operations Cloud, which offers services including Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Cloud Detection and Response (CDR).
Arctic Wolf's Concierge Security Team provides 24/7 monitoring and ongoing strategic security recommendations to continually improve clients' security posture.
