Sydney technology service provider Tecala has announced an expansion of its partnership with Netskope, which provides Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions.

The company has been appointed to Netskope's Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program, a specialised division within Netskope's Evolve Partner Program.

This appointment enables Tecala to deliver Netskope's cloud-native Security Service Edge (SSE) solutions, including fully managed Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) services.

"Tecala's appointment to this program recognises our deep expertise in seamlessly managing implementations and resolving issues directly within our clients' environments," Murray Mills, Tecala's cyber security manager said.

The collaboration aims to bridge the gap between advanced security solutions and their successful implementation and management.

"Specialised cybersecurity partners like Tecala are vital in bridging the gap between advanced security solutions, their successful implementation and ongoing management," Tony Burnside, head of Asia Pacific and Japan at Netskope said.

As a Netskope Managed Services Partner, Tecala will provide expertise in cloud security, offering customers insights and guidance to navigate modern cyber threats.

As an end-to-end managed services provider, Tecala supports mid-market clients across Australia.

The company's approach is rooted in a consulting and advisory background, focusing on understanding clients' business objectives before providing technology solutions.

Tecala's services encompass managed cloud, user support, cyber security, and intelligent automation, as well as a comprehensive as-a-Service practice that includes infrastructure, data protection and disaster recovery.

Beyond initial deployment, Tecala will offer continuous support and optimisation services, ensuring that customer security measures evolve with the changing threat landscape.

"Through these partnerships, we ensure our customers have access to the best-of-breed security and expertise that Tecala provides in designing, implementing and tailoring solutions to meet and align to critically import security controls and frameworks, all while ensuring positive customer user experience," Mills said.

Tecala was a finalist in the 2024 CRN Impact Awards.
