Rapid application development specialist PhoenixDX has been acquired by Alan Allman Associates, a global digital transformation group listed on Euronext bourse.
PhoenixDX was founded in 2016 and the company said it has over 80 experts and holds more than 210 OutSystems and Amazon Web Services certifications; this along with six OutSystems Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs) in its team.
Jean-Marie Thual, founder and chief executive of Alan Allman Associates, described the acquisition as a strategic move to expand capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region.

PhoenixDX specialises in rapid application development, serving ASX-listed companies and government organisations with digital solutions that support critical services used by thousands of users daily.
The acquisition will enable PhoenixDX to accelerate growth and expand its global reach, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.
It will continue to operate under its existing brand, with current founders and directors maintaining leadership roles.
Juan Martin, director and co-founder of PhoenixDX, emphasised the company's ongoing commitment to innovation, particularly in artificial intelligence-powered low-code solutions in Australia.
With strategic in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and the Philippines, PhoenixDX represents an addition to Alan Allman Associates' global expansion strategy.
Further details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
