Sydney-based online safety management software developer Donesafe has been tapped by gaming and entertainment company Skycity Entertainment to develop a workplace safety management system.

Donesafe will implement the system using its automated compliance platform and develop a health, safety and environmental system to be used by all Skycity employees from any device.

The Sydney-based ISV specialises in health, safety and environment software that connects to a customer’s safety management system from all employees in the field and management.

Skycity will be using the system for various applications, including contractor management, workers compensation, incident management, reporting, checklists and audits.

“Donesafe is proud to announce that we have added Skycity Entertainment Group as a client,” Donesafe chief executive Matthew Browne said.

“Skycity joins the growing client list of industry leaders at Donesafe, from small to medium businesses but also the larger enterprise household names such as McDonald’s, Suncorp, IAG, NAB, Telstra and many more.”

The deal was kicked off with Skycity inviting Browne to jump off Skycity’s Sky Tower in Auckland, the tallest building in the southern hemisphere at 328 metres.
