Sydney infrastructure distie turns five

Sydney-based distributor Sapply is celebrating its five-year anniversary.

The company said in a statement that it attributes the success to a focus on enterprise needs.

"Having worked extensively in IT distribution, it is refreshing to be able to provide the support that the enterprise market needs," sales director Gordon Taylor said. "It’s a sector that is growing rapidly and will continue to grow as business expects more value from technology."

The distie claimed that it has seen "30 percent year-on-year" growth over its history "as awareness of Sapply’s services has driven demand".

In addition to its headquarters in Artarmon in northern Sydney, Sapply now has offices in Auckland and Singapore.

According to the company website, the vendors it distributes include Mellanox, Apricorn, Fusion-IO, 3M, Solarflare and 3DConnexion. As well as enterprise hardware, the company also distributes client peripherals.
