StorageCraft has announced an enterprise quality cloud disaster recovery solution in Australia and New Zealand and a new distribution partnership with Dicker Data.
StorageCraft's Cloud Services will only be available through the company's partner program on a monthly subscription basis. This allows customers to cancel at any time if they are not content with the service’s quality, reliability or ease of use.
StorageCraft APAC vice president Greg Wyman said: "We have some 2500 resellers who have transacted with us over the last five years. We typically have between 800 and 1000 resellers every month who purchase ShadowProtect for their customers."
Wyman told CRN the company signed an agreement with Dicker Data because "they are heavily focussed on the SMB channel and mid-market which is really our sweet spot for ShadowProtect".
Dicker Data chief executive David Dicker said: “We see a strong complementary offering in the .StorageCraft range and believe it will integrate well with our existing vendor line-up. This new partnership will provide our SMB resellers with a profitable opportunity to attach one of the world’s leading backup and disaster recovery products to their solutions.”
StorageCraft has two offices in Australia, one in New Zealand and others in Northern Asia, North America and Europe.
