MSP Spirit Technologies and MSSP Infotrust have aligned under a single national brand of Infotrust.
The combined entity now supports over 1,000 organisations nationally, drawing on the expertise of over 250 cyber and technology professionals and a 24/7 Australia-based Security Operations Centre (SOC).
The organisation is positioned as an enabler of digital resilience, data protection, and IT transformation for Australian enterprises across government, financial services, healthcare, education, and critical infrastructure sectors.
Spirit Group, the parent company of Spirit Technologies and Infotrust, said that the brand alignment reflects a broader trend in the Australian technology sector “where enterprise and mid-market customers are seeking fewer, more capable partners who can deliver both operational reliability and cyber resilience”.
With expertise in data security, incident response, digital forensics, and cloud infrastructure, the unified provider offers end-to-end services underpinned by partnerships with Microsoft, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Netskope, Tenable and Immersive Labs.
Spirit Group MD and group CEO, Julian Challingsworth said cyber security remains a key board-level priority.
“Australian organisations are demanding more than piecemeal solutions - they want strategic partners who can protect their operations while supporting digital innovation,” he said.
“With 250+ experts across cyber security and enterprise IT, and a sovereign SOC monitoring threats in real time, we are providing the scale, skills and technology stack to meet the challenges of today, and tomorrow.”
Spirit bought InfoTrust for a total consideration of $34.6 million in February 2024.
Spirit Group's FY25 results saw the company post overall revenues of $102.4m versus $90.9m in FY24.
