Recent research by Spendvision found that 32 percent of employees have failed to submit an expense claim after losing their paper receipt.
With this in mind, Spendvision has announced an update for their SaaS expenses platform, which is used by the likes of Linfox and Elders. The update lets users take photos of receipts and email them into an image library in Spendvision.
While there are other receipt management systems such as Shoeboxed, here the feature is part of Spendvision's itegrated travel, expense, payment and reporting system.
The capability requires a new Image Module, which can also be used to link procurement spend with associated invoicing, ensuring a consistent audit trail and instant visibility and control.
