RXP Services scores $3m ServiceNow deployment with NSW Police

RXP Services has been awarded a contract to deliver and implement ServiceNow for the New South Wales Police Force.

The $3 million contract involves NSW Police’s digital cloud hosted platform based on ServiceNow called BluePortal, a NSW Police Force spokesperson told CRN. The contract runs from 10 June 2019 to 30 June 2021.

BluePortal, which went live in May 2019, is used by front-line police and commanders to request assistance from policing assets across NSW Police.

Some of these assets include Dog unit, Mounted Unit, Marine Area Command, Rescue and Bomb Unit, Police Transport Command, Tactical Operations Unit & Negotiators, Communications Group and Advanced Technology Centre.

The platform will also be used to digitise a range of processes within NSW Police Force, including corporate services and IT.
