Rubrik unveils changes to MSP partner program

Rubrik has unveiled changes across its Security Cloud platform and partner program aimed at managed service providers (MSPs), introducing MSP-specific benefit tiers, consumption-based licensing and incident reinforcement.

Other enhancements include an earned operational maturity designation and purpose-built capabilities intended to help partners build, launch and scale profitable managed data protection and cyber resiliency services.

The program claims to offer improved economics for MSPs via Rubrik MSP PayGo, enabling partners to start with zero minimums and transition to contractual scale as they grow.

MSPs also receive rapid incident response via 24/7 expert support from the Rubrik Ransomware Rapid Response team, as well as also new partner tiering for MSPs reflecting different levels of commitment and performance standards.

Rubrik Verified, an earned designation recognising MSPs with verified operational maturity and reduced buyer friction in enterprise evaluations, will be available later in the year.
