Ricoh appoints Fuji Xerox veteran Simon Lane as production print country manager

Ricoh Australia has appointed Simon Lane as country manager for the production printing systems business.

The appointment sees Lane take on the entire Ricoh production portfolio, including digital cut sheet, wide format, continuous feed and software solutions. He will be accountable for sales results and drive the production print business' success long-term. 

Lane's print background includes 12 years with Fuji Xerox across a number of senior sales and marketing roles. He also led PMP Limited-owned book printing startup Dbooks. 

Prior to joining Ricoh, Lane was chief executive of account-based marketing firm Spitfire Group.

Ricoh Australia managing director Andy Berry said Lane would bring a wealth of experience to the business.
