LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Rambus Inc said on Friday it has filed a new patent infringement case against Micron Technologies following the lifting of a stay by the Delaware court.
In the case filed on Friday, Rambus asserts infringement of its patents by certain memory devices that are in the marketplace.
