Queensland-headquartered performance management provider Ikara Group has entered an agreement with US-headquartered ExtraHop to resell real-time IT analytics solutions in Australia.
ExtraHop Australia and New Zealand lead Kem Pehlivan said: "Ikara Group joins our fast-growing list of partners across Australia that are enabling our customers to have an insight into how their IT system is actually performing."
Ikara was established in 2015 and has offices in Queensland, Western Australia and in Singapore. The company is also working on an expansion into Sydney.
Ikara helps organisations optimise end-user experiences by building solutions that manage the performance of applications and infrastructure.
"With the addition of ExtraHop to the Ikara portfolio, customers now benefit from an analytics-first approach that delivers real-time visibility into the performance, availability, and security of every IT system, from the datacenter to the cloud to the edge," Pehlivan said.
ExtraHop was founded in Seattle in 2007 and has more than 300 employees worldwide. The company has offices in Seattle, London and Singapore.
The company has two local distributors, Newgen and Exclusive Networks. According to ExtraHop, the company is present in both Sydney and Melbourne and has been working with channel partners for the past 18 months.
