Proofpoint appoints Johann Ramchandra to lead ANZ channel business

Cybersecurity and compliance company Proofpoint has appointed Johann Ramchandra as ANZ channel director to lead its local channel and alliance business.

In this newly created role, Ramchandra is responsible for driving channel strategy, strengthening partner relationships, and accelerating joint growth initiatives across the ANZ region.

Based out of Sydney, Johann Ramchandra brings more than 15 years of cybersecurity experience. 

Before joining Proofpoint, he held various senior channel leadership positions, most recently at Okta and Illumio.

He will work closely with Proofpoint’s partner ecosystem in ANZ to expand market reach, deepen technical and commercial capabilities, and deliver customer-centric security outcomes.
