Presence of IT lures another exec from SAP

Presence of IT has lured former SAP and SuccessFactors veteran Louise Griffin from vendor land to head up a new workforce analytics unit.

The new 'workforce analytics and planning capability' has been added to Presence of IT's people practice, with Griffin appointed as lead, joining from her last role as SAP's ANZ human capital management delivery lead.

"As businesses race to gain a competitive advantage by understanding all the elements of the workforce, it’s becoming increasingly important to offer business consulting services around the technology solutions being deployed," said Griffin. "I am looking forward to joining the People practice team."

Prior to SAP, Griffin was a practice director at SuccessFactors, another HR software vendor.

Sydney-headquartered Presence of IT is an HR software solutions provider that won SAP's 'cloud HR solutions reseller' award for Asia-Pacific in January. In March, the reseller appointed former SAP chief operating officer Shane Grobler as its second executive officer.

The company also has branches in Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane as well as Singapore, USA and Canada.
