Pitney Bowes to sign mobility integrator

Pitney Bowes has partnered with enterprise mobility systems integrator AirData to roll out its tracking management technology, Arrival, in Australia.

The announcement is just one of many channel announcements from the mail and document management system provider since revealing its intention to join the channel earlier this year.

Arrival is a package tracking and delivery management system that is claimed to monitor the location and status of materials.

Available worldwide, Arrival is suitable for small or large organisations to track their mail or package items, the vendor claimed.

Tony Simonsen, managing director of Pitney Bowes said the partnership was formed through the vendor's relationship with distributor Ingram Micro.

"After meeting [AirData's] team, it was apparent they were the right people to market our Arrival solution in Australia.

"With over 20 years experience, and their extensive knowledge of mobility solutions, they will be able to offer high quality service and advice for Arrival to customers."

Steve Evans, CEO of AirData, said Arrival compliments its existing portfolio of mobility solutions.

"Arrival will allow us to grow our offerings, expand our customer base and increase revenue," said Evans.
