Pitney Bowes Business Insight has launched a partner portal to enable its channel to manage leads and opportunities and access sales and marketing collateral.
The company, which makes geospatial and predictive analytics software, said it helped partners "reach their sales goals and provide a better level of service to their customers".
It said more than a quarter of its global revenue was generated through its channel.
"Through the new web-based partner portal we are more flexible and able to support the sales channel further to help them grow their business," said Nigel Lester, channel sales manager for Australia and New Zealand at Pitney Bowes Business Insight.
David McDonald, an associate at Tonkin Consulting, said the improved portal would enable better, more streamlined access to a higher level of content, information and deliverables that are required to make our partnership more successful.
