A panel of partners from around the industry wrapped up techpartner.news Pipeline 2026 by discussing the ideas, assumptions and challenges facing the leaders of the channel today.
Anita Sheridan-Roddick, chief revenue officer at Baidam; Jason La Macchia, head of strategic alliances at First Focus; Mone Vines, information security and compliance officer at AC3; and Nicholas OHan, chief operations officer at Virtual IT Group joined a panel hosted by techpartner.news publisher Velvet-Belle Templeman to explore the evolution of leadership and how to effectively create a company-wide vision to drive sales success.
An earlier panel, also hosted by Templeman, featured techpartner.news editor in chief William Maher, along with contributing editors Brad Howarth and Jennifer O'Brien, talking about media, PR and building brands, as well as sharing strategies on how to pitch to publications and how partners in the room could craft stories that succesfully engage an audience.
In between the two panels, Valhalla Mind founder Tony Priddle - who led a pre-breakfast guided breathwork experience for the early risers in Hamilton Island - took to the stage for a session focused on sharing a practical framework for the audience to apply immediately to interrupt unhelpful patterns and perform at a higher level on demand.
Day one of Pipeline focused on the realities facing firms wanting a slice of Brisbane 2032 Olympics spending, as well as clients’ need for better accountability for technology benefits, while day two of Pipeline featured an inside glimpse of the trends for leaders making M&A decisions in the next two to three years, as well as hearing about what CIOs really want from their technology partners.
