Pioneer Computers Australia has officially partnered with NVidia Corporation, supplier of notebook graphics processing units (GPUs). The relationship promises to benefit both companies as Pioneer expands its portfolio and NVidia initiates a push in the region.
“We are thrilled with the new partnership with NVidia,” said Jeff Li from Pioneer. “It is part of our commitment to using the best components designed around the most current technologies.”
Recently launching GeForce 8800M GTX and GeForce 8800M GTS, NVidia is confident the offering will be well received as the holiday season approaches. The GPUs complement DirectX 10 and DirectX 9 games, targeting the gaming enthusiast on the go.
“The release of the new GeForce 8800M notebook GPU enables mobile gamers to experience the advanced visual realism of a new era of games, which is great news for the gaming community,” said Li.
The GeForce 8800M GPUs will available from Pioneer Computers Australia on their range of high-end notebooks.
