Ping Identity has unveiled a comprehensive redesign of its Nexus Partner Program, featuring enhanced offerings and benefits across its partner network.

The revamped program aims to recognise and reward partners for their expertise in Ping's solutions, enabling them to deliver superior results that exceed customer expectations.

"We would not be where we are today without our partners and customers," Andre Durand, Ping Identity chief executive and founder, said.

"Our revamped program will enable us to fully embrace the dynamic needs of all partners, allowing them to continue delivering exceptional customer experiences and outcomes."

The redesigned program addresses the diverse needs of Ping's partner ecosystem, which includes resellers, global system integrators, regional system integrators, service providers, and technology partners through three distinct pathways:

A Sales Endorsed Pathway focuses on partners who drive sales by reselling Ping licenses, providing them with dedicated sales support and go-to-market resources.

The Delivery Approved Pathway targets select system integrators and service providers who deploy Ping solutions, ensuring expert implementation and successful customer outcomes.

The Technology Innovation Pathway serves technology partners developing product integrations and solutions that extend the capabilities of Ping's offerings.

To support these pathways, Ping has introduced several new investments, including a Knowledge Framework Tool for technical training, a Partner Delivery Readiness framework with repeatable methodologies, and a reimagined partner portal.

The company is also launching a Partner Advisory Board to strengthen collaboration between key partners and Ping leadership, creating a shared vision for future strategies and innovations.

"Through the Ping Partner Advisory Board that will launch soon, our partnerships will continue to remain strong, our solutions will stay ahead of industry needs, and our collective growth will accelerate at a fast pace," Durand said.
