Perth-based DyFlex Solutions, a business solutions provider specialising in ERP solutions from SAP, has acquired Bluetree, an Australian consulting company and service provider specialising in planning and analytics solutions.
The company said the acquisition of Bluetree enhances its collective ability to support customers across the full SAP stack - including core S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, advanced analytics - with a growing presence across both Australia and New Zealand.
DyFlex said that the move also strengthens its position in AI-readiness.
"Bluetree’s deep expertise in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud perfectly complements DyFlex’s delivery capabilities, putting us at the forefront of the innovation curve as SAP’s Business Data Cloud continues to evolve," the company said in a statement on its website.
"We believe our combined brands and identity are already closely aligned and our teams are already working closely to coordinate services, systems, and support. Customers can expect business as usual - just with more depth, breadth, and opportunity ahead."
The move gives the combined company a team of over 270, with DyFlex stating they're on track to surpass 300 staff by the end of the year.
The acquisition follows a strategic partnership DyFlex announced with private equity firm Five V Capital earlier this year, designed to accelerate the company's expansion with the stated goal of becoming Australia’s leading independent full-service SAP partner.
Dyflex won multiple categories of SAP's 2025 Australia and New Zealand partner excellence awards.
