Telstra has confirmed that an outage is currently affecting some of its cloud services, including its private cloud platform and enterprise applications.
iTnews reported that the outage started this morning around 4.45am AEDT, which has also taken to Telstra's website.
“We are currently experiencing an issue with our cloud services, which is impacting access to some external applications including Telstra.com, MyAccount, Online Billing, Telstra 24/7 app, Telstra consumer webmail and some Telstra Wholesale apps," a Telstra spokesperson told CRN.
"We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to resolve the issue as soon as possible."
Customers took to Twitter to report issues with Telstra CSX as well, the telco's private cloud service, reporting a range of issues such as not being able to pay bills or access webmail.

I have heard reports that your data centre in Sydney is having problems. I have a CSX connection which has been offline since 445 am. Can you please advise an ETA?
iTnews received reports that an outage at Telstra's Sydney data centre was the cause of the outage, but could not confirm those reports.
Update: Telstra said the issue was resolved as of 3.40pm on Wednesday but is still investigating the cause.
