Secure network and digital infrastructure provider Orro said it has launched a new managed observability service today, to deliver deliver improved visibility across internal and external networks.
The aim of the new service is to provide businesses with vital insights into their technology stack performance, and to quickly identify and resolve network issues, Orro said.
Built by combining Cisco's ThousandEyes end user monitoring technology with Orro's One Touch Control digital delivery platform, the service enables customers to integrate data from various systems and third-party tools.
This integration offers a comprehensive view of the entire IT environment, regardless of network provider.
Daniel Greengarten, CEO of Orro, highlighted the importance of this new offering.
"Understanding the operating environment is crucial to effective network management," he said," Orro chief executive Daniel Greengarten said.
"By integrating leading visibility tools such as Cisco's ThousandEyes with our own One Touch Control digital delivery platform, we're empowering our customers to gain deeper insights into their networks and how they interact with others," Greengarten explained.
The Managed Observability service provides real-time insights into network performance, allowing businesses to track network status, manage latency changes, and identify weaknesses before they impact users.
Such a level of visibility ensures a consistent end-user experience, even when dealing with external or vendor networks.
Orro's new service has already demonstrated its value across multiple industry sectors, including education, retail, transport and logistics, the provider said.
Customers in those sectors have reported improved uptime, user satisfaction, system performance, and operational efficiency.
They have also seen reductions in downtime, system failures, operational costs, and security risks.
Continuous testing capabilities that allow teams to detect potential issues early and prepare responses in advance are also built in to the service offering.
A key feature of the managed observability service is its ability to integrate telemetry data from across the technology stack into centralised dashboards.
These dashboards offer dynamic, real-time visualisations, enabling teams to troubleshoot and optimise every aspect of their IT operations.
