Orro has partnered with SentinelOne to launch a managed extended detection and response (XDR) solution offered as a managed service.
Aimed at businesses of all sizes, the solution provides continuous monitoring of end-user devices to detect and respond to cyber threats such as ransomware and malware.
As part of the service, Orro will offer SentinelOne’s "autonomous security solution" Singularity Data Lake.
The company will also offer its SOC capabilities, including 24/7 monitoring, incident response and handling of alerts as an alternative to its existing managed detection and response services.
“As we continue to see escalating cyber threats, having a sovereign capability to protect our customers’ organisations is significant," Orro's CEO Daniel Greengarten said.
"Through our partnership with SentinelOne, our XDR solution responds directly to the needs of small and medium businesses, which are more exposed to cyber risks than ever, while addressing key national cyber security concerns as outlined in the recent ASD Cyber Threat Report.”
Singularity Data Lake combines endpoint protection, cloud security, identity threat detection and response as well as data ingestion with analytics.
It is touted as the first XDR solution in the local market with complete data localisation and sovereignty, with IRAP accreditation and a Sydney AWS Point-of-Presence.
The solution sits in an isolated cluster air gapped from other SentinelOne locations, ensuring data does not leave Australian shores, in compliance with federal cyber security regulations.
“As cyberattacks become more widespread and complex, it is imperative for organisations to have access to advanced, intelligence-based solutions that enable them to protect their systems and information," SentinelOne's ANZ director Jason Duerden said.
"Singularity Data Lake is a unique solution that organisations of all sizes can use to detect, respond to and remediate threats in a real-time, compliant way and we are pleased to be teaming with Orro to deliver it to small and medium sized business across Australia and help them secure tomorrow, today.”
