Oracle launches AI Factory

Oracle has launched the Oracle AI Factory, a new set of customer and partner support services that aim to enables customers and partners to deploy AI faster and modernise their technology stack

Oracle AI Factory intends to help customers use Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications to build and deploy agents, unify data and simplify the AI lifecycle with the Oracle AI Data Platform and accelerate embedded AI adoption for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

Oracle AI Factory provides AI education and training, along with AI playbooks and runbooks for successfully implementing AI solutions across Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

It also includes Cloud Success Navigator, a digital engagement platform that helps customers design, implement and accelerate AI roadmaps, alongside customer success managers - experts who help organisations identify and adopt the right AI functionality.

A curated collection of proven tools, use cases, and references from customers that have already found success with AI; global centres where customers can test-drive AI use cases; and fixed-scope offerings to rapidly scale adoption, with pre-built agents and use cases are also provided.
