Human-centered enterprise AI solutions provider Veritone has entered into a strategic partnership with Sydney investigative analytics and intelligence software firm Nuix
The collaboration between the United States and Australian companies aims to combine technologies from both companies to enhance customer value in investigations, eDiscovery and compliance initiatives with the help of artificial intelligence.
The partnership will integrate Nuix's Neo unified platform with Veritone's aiWARE ecosystem, which includes over 300 AI models.
This combination is expected to offer a comprehensive solution for handling audio, textual, and video data, addressing the growing volume of evidentiary media files.
"Combining Nuix's powerful capabilities to understand high volumes of unstructured data with forensic rigour with Veritone's industry-leading capabilities in handling audio and video data allows us to provide a complete, compelling solution to our customers," Jonathan Rubinsztein, group chief executive of Nuix said.
The joint solution aims to help customers meet public records requests and judiciary deadlines for redacted evidentiary media files, ensuring the removal of personally identifiable information.
"Our agreement with Nuix is a testament to the distinct value of aiWARE, which is a scalable AI platform that can be easily integrated into third-party solutions to meet a variety of use cases and needs," Jon Gacek, general manager of Veritone Public Sector said.
Gacek added that the partnership expands Veritone's global footprint in criminal investigations and data privacy, while creating opportunities for future expansion with Nuix.
Veritone Redact, built on aiWARE, allows users to define and automatically redact sensitive information from audio, video, and image-based evidence.
The system also enables keyword searches within recorded audio and quick redaction of identified items.
