The robbery allegedly occurred about 5.20pm, 17th July, stated the police.
A media representative was unable to tell CRN who owned the warehouse, due to the "nature of the crime".
In a statement to the media, police alleged five men wearing balaclavas and gloves cut a hole in the rear security fence of a warehouse on Britton Street.
It's also alleged entry was gained to the premises via the rear roller door before the men left a short time later.
Around 12.20pm that night, five men returned to the location with an old model white Hino Pantech truck and entered the premise via the same rear door.
It's alleged the men stole a number of pallets of electronic goods before leaving in the truck.
On Saturday 18th July, about 7.20pm, five men returned to the warehouse with a truck where forklifts were used to lift numerous pallets into the truck and the truck was seen leaving at 11.15pm.
Numerous digital cameras, digital projectors, coffee machines and flat screen televisions were stolen with a potential street value of over $1 million.
Police are looking for the white Hino truck used in the incident and believe it has a broken rear indicator light.
Forensic investigators conducted examinations of the scene and investigations into the matter are continuing.
Anyone with information about the truck or the incident is urged to contact Merrylands detectives via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Information can be supplied anonymously and will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.
