Digital NSW has extended the state's whole-of-government SAP ERP software contract to 25 April 2028.
The contract, first begun in 2008 for an initial 15-year term, has been extended with the same terms and conditions.
A brief extension was previously granted in April of this year through to 25 September 2026.
The contract was also previously extended for close to a year in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
The contract covers the supply of ERP software products, both perpetual software licences and cloud software licences, with a right to purchase such licences for a period up to the end of the contract term.
Contracting services provides a full range of procurement services for NSW government agencies and other clients.
Services include contract management of common use contracts. These are NSW Government contracts for the supply of ERP software products across many agencies.
The range of products available under the contract within the SAP product suite cover the areas of finance, HR, payroll, supplier relationship management, business intelligence, learning management, environmental health and safety, customer relationship management, governance, risk and compliance, real estate and treasury management and master data management.
Separately, Digital NSW also extended the whole-of-government ICT End User Devices and Services Contract to 30 September 2028.
The contract's first 'lot' covers core hardware, life cycle essential services and software, including desktops, notebooks, mobility devices, specialist computers, monitor mounts, endpoint management SaaS, warranty and support services (when bundled with a device purchase), software required for the essential function of devices and life cycle essential services.
The second 'lot' of services under the contract cover asset tagging, pre-delivery imaging, installation, sanitsation, disposal services, decommissioning and Device-as-a-Service.
ICTA contracts signed under the Contract on or before 30 September 2026 remain unaffected.
